True Confections is a 100 percent Canadian owned company, started in 1988 by two women Alanna Polock and Nadine Jumelle. Their vision was to create the first licensed dessert restaurant in Vancouver, emphasizing fabulous homestyle American, Canadian and European desserts, and offering the largest dessert selection in Canada. All items are made from scratch on the premises, using only pure, fresh ingredients. True Confections commitment to quality allows no preservatives, no fillers, no stabilizers and no compromise.
